The Democracy Center announces the second annual edition of our magazine - J'allalla (pronounced hy-ya-ya)! The title is a Quechua and Aymara word that means, roughly translated - Live!
As with last year's edition, J'allalla 2008 offers twenty pages filled with politics, culture, and photography. The new magazine also extends globally, bringing an international perspective to this year's theme: the power of citizens.
If you would like to help distribute J'allalla 2008 as an organization or individual, please email us at magazine@democracyctr.org. We will ship 10 to 50 copies, at a cost of $1 per copy to help cover postage and printing costs. You can also find J'allalla in electronic form in full below.
